TRIATHLON TRAINING CAMP
Join IRONMAN® Legend Ken Glah his wife Christine and Endurance Sports Travel in Cozumel, Mexico for some Triathlon Training in 2026.
In 2026 we will be offering 6 one-week training camps in Cozumel using our Bed & Breakfast – Endless Summer Cozumel. Cozumel is a great winter training destination. Safe roads for riding and running, two nice running tracks, two 25-meter outdoor pools, and some great open water swimming in crystal clear 81-degree water!! Please come and join us for some training, fun and sun!
In Cozumel, we will…
- Swim in the crystal clear warm water of the Caribbean Sea and outdoor 25-meter pools,
- Ride across the island to the east coast and then along 30 kilometers of bike-only roadway beside the beautiful turquoise sea and under the tropical tree canopy,
- Run along the sea or on a 6 or 8-lane track.
2026 Training Camp Dates:
- Sat. January 31st to Sat. February 7th
- Sat. February 7th to Sat. February 14th
- Sat. February 28th to Sat. March 7th
- Sat. March 7th to Sat. March 14th
- Sat. March 28th to Sat. April 4th
- Sat. April 4th to Sat. April 11th
Training structure:
I will be rotating through a sequence that consists of:
- Pool swims and open water swims*
- Higher focus on riding since most people are able to swim and run at home, and here the weather is great for riding. So, some sort of ride most days, but we will do 1 very long ride* and 1 long ride*
- 1 long run*, short runs and transition runs
* Open water swims, long rides and long runs will all be done as out and back, so the actual distance / time can be set by each athlete depending on their fitness level and the events for which they are training.
The 7-night stay includes (arrival Saturday, departure Saturday):

Pricing:
- $1350 for a single athlete
- $1100 per athlete, for 2 athletes sharing a room
- $1100 for athlete sharing a room with a non-athlete whose price would be $500
- For 3 athletes or more sharing either the family room (1 queen, 1 double and 1 single bed) or the bunk bed room (6 single beds in private cubicles), the price would be $900 per athlete and $375
- Discounts are available for staying for two weeks instead of just one week
Our goal is to have at least 8 athletes each week. Most workouts will be done in the morning, so there will be time each day to go to the beach, do some snorkeling, chill in the hammocks in the garden, or lounge on the rooftop terrace by the plunge pool.
We will have a delicious breakfast each morning, and dinners will be at Endless Summer and local restaurants. If you want to bring a non-athlete along with you, there will be plenty for them to do. Cozumel is known for having some of the world’s best snorkeling and scuba diving. There is an excellent museum, cultural, historical, and natural activities, as well as beach clubs for food, drinks, relaxation, and swimming in the crystal-clear sea.
Travel:
There are some extra direct flights into Cozumel during February and March from a few different cities but if you can’t get a direct flight or convenient connecting flight into Cozumel and can fly direct into Cancun, that is a great option as well and it can be much cheaper. We can arrange round trip Cancun airport transfers to Playa del Carmen where you can take the 30-minute ferry to Cozumel..

ACCOMMODATIONS
We built Endless Summer Cozumel for people who love to travel. For people who appreciate other countries and cultures. For people who are inspired by and care for nature and all its wonders. For people who love to connect with locals and other travelers from around the world.
Our Bed & Breakfast has 7 private rooms, and a 6-bed bunk bed room, all rooms have private bathrooms. We have a large garden with beautiful flowers and plenty of hammocks under the palm trees. There is a large roof terrace with lounge chairs and a splash pool. Our front building has a large, well-equipped community kitchen with seating for 14 and additional seating outside on the front and back patios.
